"I am looking at switching insurance companies now. We uploaded new photos for our homeowners claim on August 26. The adjustor has had them for over a month & has done nothing with our claim! Our roof clearly has wind & hail damage. We need a new roof for winter but they are just dragging their feet. We have used state farm for 10 years and this is our first homeowners claim. We have been accused of ripping up shingles by one of their adjustors earlier this year. We are very disappointed in the way this whole situation has been handled and the fact that we can't even get a hold of Jimmy Walker, our claims adjustor."
