We are searching for a competitive producer who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. Your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equips you to communicate directly with clients, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value. You may also assist in developing strategies and establishing quotas for our agency.

Compensation $40,000-$80,000 Per Year

Our compensation expectations show a range of our salary plus commission system. With our profitable and thriving market and business model, team development, and intentional hiring process, we are confident that you will be successful in achieving high-earning compensation amounts.

A message for Clint Conrad I’m originally from Falmouth, KY and have proudly served my community as a second-generation State Farm Agent since 2013. As risk managers, it’s our responsibility to teach our customers about coverage and gaps. Oftentimes, we see a lot of gaps around liability protection and life insurance that families don't tend to think about.

Outside of work, I enjoy hanging out with my family, staying active and tailgating for UK football games! My family loves being able to live in Lexington and supporting all our local businesses! I am a graduate of Western Kentucky University and a member of Phi Gamma Delta. If you stop by our office, you may also find Benny — our labradoodle named after UK star running back, Benny Snell!
